A: Diet recommendations: Intake of sweet, sour, salty, oily and heavy food are recommended. A year old butter, molasses, bone soup, ginger, onion, milk, wine made out of molasses are also highly recommended. Behavior patterns are: staying away from bothersome company, which is very important, and try to spend more time with the people you love and enjoy being with. Try to concentrate on one thing rather than thinking of a thousand and this could be helped by doing meditation. Don't try to do too much strenuous work rather try to take things easy. There are few Tibetan herbal formulas and they are Agar 35, Sog-rZin 11, Agar 8, Dongtse Agar 8 and Bi-mala. Therapies like moxabustion, massage and breathing exercises are very helpful.
