Q: Is there a cure for chronic constipation? I have suffered
from this problem for many years. I have improved my diet considerably in the last year. I
eat healthy food, drink a lot of water, and have added a lot of fiber to me diet. I don't
eat read meat but lots of chicken and I exercise 4 times a week. I had a colonoscopy done
a year ago and everything ws fine. I get extremely constipated every week, extremely
bloated, and my stools are usually very hard and dark. I don't know what else I can do.
I'm constantly in a bad mood and in pain. I'm only 28 years old. Please advise anything
that might help me.

I think your problem could be due to a disorder
of the digestive system or what we understand as a descending rLung disturbance. RLung is
responsible for defecation, urination, ejaculation of sperm, the flow of menstrual blood
and the opening and contraction function of the uterus.
You can continue with your dietary restrictions as before but add in some extra food
items. You should eat fresh bread, fish and green vegetables. Skimmed whey is very good.
It dilutes the stool and cleanses the channels. Apple juice has a similar effect. In
addition, drink boiled hot water twice a day (early morning and before going to bed).
If you do not experience any improvement within six months you should try to consult
with a Tibetan doctor. Natural herbal Tibetan preparations can be very effective for
digestive problems and descending rLung disturbance.
