Q:  I have had stomach problems since using multiple antibiotics for infections several years ago. I have reflux and severe food sensitivities that do not respond to respond to conventional medicine. Do you have any suggestions?
                                    - Sue, Los Angeles, CA

A:
I think your case is one of diminution of digestive warmth according to Tibetan medical science, therefore your food and medicines cannot dissolve properly.

You need to consider carefully your routine food and beverages. Try to avoid uncooked and heavy food, hot sauces, and refrigerated beverages. Always take regular meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) on time and each time take only a small amount and if it is possible do moderate exercises right after the meals. These are important to help restore the digestive system. You can follow this method until your digestive ability returns to normal.
